Excellent staff in fact overstaffed,they were pleasant and hospitable. They really went out of their way to make our stay memorable and great. Hotel is beautiful in design big and spacious. Almost all staff spoke good english.Food in the main restaurant was great and breakfast was of high standard and ample variety.
They were not completely and fully functional ie. the spa, sauna, italian restaurant and other restaurants, the shops were all not open and were still being constructed. Some of the rooms had no curtains as they had still not installed it, i guess it was just the timing they werent ready for business. They should have given us a better discount on the room (as I had taken two rooms) due to the absence of these facilities but they did not oblige. You cannot smoke at the Bar or any where in the Hotel. The phones in the lobby were not available,I mean you dont have phones from the lobby to call your room, which was at times a hassle.
